Introduction

Skillprint identifies strengths by observing gameplay in mobile games, sharing insights through an intuitive interface. This policy describes information collection, use, and sharing related to the mobile application.

Information Collection

We collect the following types of information:

Account Creation. When you create an account, we collect your name, location, phone number, email address, username, password, and profile picture. You may also sign in using third-party login services such as Facebook, Google, or LinkedIn, in which case we receive profile information from those services as permitted by your privacy settings there.

Gameplay Data. We collect data generated during gameplay including response times, answers, in-game actions, scores, and achievements. This data forms the basis of your Skillprint assessment.

Assessment Information. We collect information about your interests, career goals, desired salary, personality traits, cognitive abilities, and similar professional attributes as part of the assessment process.

Communication Data. When you contact our support team or submit feedback, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your communication.

Job Applications. If you submit a job application through the platform, we collect your resume and related application materials.

Automatic Collection. We automatically collect certain information when you use the service, including your IP address, mobile advertising identifiers, device usage data, browser and operating system information, cookies, web beacons, and local storage data.

Information Use

We use the information we collect to generate your gameplay insights and Skillprint assessment, to communicate with you about your account and our services, to conduct internal analytics and improve our platform, to serve relevant advertising, to comply with applicable legal requirements, and to analyze aggregated data to understand usage patterns across our user base.

Information Sharing

Service Providers. We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, and customer support.

Third-Party Plugins. Our platform integrates with third-party services including Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn. These services may receive information as described in their respective privacy policies.

Legal Purposes. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of users.

Organizational Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Aggregated Data. We may share aggregated, de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Third-Party Advertising

We and our advertising partners may use mobile advertising identifiers and similar technologies to deliver relevant advertisements. You may opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) WebChoices tool, the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) Opt Out tool, your iOS or Android device advertising settings, or the AppChoices mobile app.

We may also use Facebook Custom Audiences, Twitter Tailored Audiences, and Google Firebase analytics to measure and optimize our marketing. Please refer to the privacy policies of those services for more information.

Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

Data Security

Children's Privacy

The Skillprint platform is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
